Production & Q.C.:
In each batch of the production, the following test procedures should be carried out: incoming material test, high temperature test, function test of semi-finished products, function test of finished products, on-site function test, drop test, imitated transportation test, appearance check and spot check, and random pre-shipment checking. We keep a complete tracking of every steps of products process to ensure quality.
Our ten QC members have six to seven years of experience related. Skillful workers also supply technical support.
Goods Delivery:
With 5000 square-meter factory, equipped with re-flow soldering machine, SMT production line, and ERP management systems, we can make delivery with highest efficiency as you need around 2 to 20 days and monthly capacity can reach 100,000 pieces.
After Sales Service:
If any faulty problems happened on our side after checking, we will offer free replacement with freight charges on our side.
